BREAKING: A San Bernardino County man has been arrested for allegedly stealing $1,000 worth of merchandise from an Ulta Beauty store. Jerome Willis, aged 33 and a resident of Hesperia, was taken into custody after law enforcement located the stolen items in his vehicle.

On October 1, 2023, authorities responded to reports of retail theft at the Ulta Beauty store located in the 12700 block of Main Street in Hesperia. Store employees reported that Willis entered the store, stole approximately $1,000 worth of products, and fled the scene in a Chevy Traverse SUV without paying.

The following day, deputies from the Victorville Sheriff’s Station spotted Willis’ SUV during a separate investigation. Upon searching the vehicle, they discovered the stolen items from Ulta Beauty inside. Willis was apprehended at the scene without incident.
