Police report that the victim met Valle at the motel and was assaulted after a verbal altercation escalated. The woman claimed she suffered significant injuries during the physical and sexual assault. She reported the crime to authorities the following day, prompting a swift investigation.
On September 4, 2025, police located Valle at his residence in Los Angeles and arrested him. He is charged with assault with a deadly weapon and multiple sexual assault-related offenses. Currently, Valle is being held at the Santa Ana Jail on a $1 million bail.
