The 800,000-square-foot building will feature a multitude of modern amenities, including a dining terrace, fitness center, and various conferencing spaces. New renderings released on October 1 provide an exciting glimpse into the future campus, which is inspired by the local Dallas culture and the “colors of the Texas sky.” Lauren Rottet, president of the design firm involved in the project, emphasized that “every aspect of an employee’s daily life was considered,” ensuring an environment that promotes well-being and productivity.
Among the highlights, employees can expect:
– A main dining room and terrace with multiple dining options and coffee bars located on the second floor.
– A series of conferencing spaces offering views of a 1.5-acre park adjacent to the campus.

– A communal gathering area called “The Commons,” designed to foster interaction among employees.
The building’s design integrates natural elements, making it feel like “an interior park,” according to Ece Calguner Erzan, another design principal. This emphasis on nature and well-being extends to rooftop gardens and terraces, perfect for events or simply enjoying fresh air.
Strategically located in Dallas’ Victory Park neighborhood, the campus will span three acres, featuring two wings and an environmentally friendly design. Employees will benefit from bike parking, lockers, changing facilities, and underground vehicle parking.
