UPDATE: Glen Powell has just revealed an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction that occurred while filming his upcoming action thriller, The Running Man. During a recent round-table discussion, Powell disclosed that he accidentally exposed himself while performing a daring stunt, shocking his co-stars and the crew.

In a candid moment on Entertainment Tonight’s “Spilling the E-Tea,” Powell explained that the mishap took place while he was rappelling down a building. He described wearing a minimal costume under a towel, saying, “I’m wearing a pouch under, and then I’m wearing a towel around it.” As he descended, he was unaware of the crew members inside the building, leading to an unexpected and awkward exposure.

His co-star, Josh Brolin, humorously chimed in, suggesting that the crew would have had a front-row view of the incident. Brolin even mimicked Powell’s position, creating a light-hearted atmosphere as they shared a laugh about the situation.

In a follow-up interview with Entertainment Weekly, Powell reflected on his decision to film this precarious scene, expressing regret about the chosen timing. “I regretted agreeing to it,” he stated, revealing that the scene was shot in February in Bulgaria, a notably cold time for such a revealing costume. “Being in a towel in front of a crew is one thing, but being in a towel in February in frigid Bulgaria… it’s a sight,” he added.

The film, directed by Edgar Wright, is set to hit US theaters on November 14, 2025. Powell’s candid revelations not only provide a glimpse into the filming process but also highlight the challenges actors face in the industry.

As the release date approaches, fans are eagerly awaiting more updates on The Running Man. Stay tuned for further developments and behind-the-scenes stories from this exciting project.
