Lillian Karnik, aged 94, passed away on March 5, 2026, at the Humboldt Memorial Hospital in Humboldt, Iowa. Originally from Spillville, she will be remembered by her community and family during a Mass of Christian burial scheduled for March 11, 2026.
The service will take place at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, located at 207 Church Street in Spillville, starting at 11:00 a.m. Father Huber will preside over the ceremony, which will include a burial following the service at the church cemetery.
Prior to the service, family and friends are invited to attend visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. on the same day. A rosary is set to commence at 9:00 a.m. to honor Karnik’s memory.
