The board rated Noskey on several key categories, including governance, community and staff relations, and instructional leadership, where he achieved top marks of 3 out of 3 in four categories. His score reflects a consistent performance over the years, with Board President Terry Boni emphasizing, “We found Mr. Noskey just as effective as he was before.”
