Yessenia Estrada was taken into custody by San Jose Police Department (SJPD) officers early Tuesday after the inferno claimed one life at a commercial building in the 200 block of North 27th Street.
The fire broke out at approximately 3:58 a.m. on Monday, prompting immediate emergency response.
