Realtime Robotics has officially introduced its cloud-based platform, Resolver, to the Japanese market at the iREX 2025 exhibition. This innovative solution is designed to enhance the design, programming, and commissioning of robotic workcells, significantly reducing time-to-market for manufacturers. The platform aims to streamline operations by automating complex tasks and optimizing workflows.
At the event, taking place from December 3-6, 2025, in Tokyo, the company also showcased new features and enhancements for Resolver, which aim to improve the end-user experience. These updates expand the range of robot models supported by the platform, reinforcing its adaptability across various manufacturing environments.
Realtime Robotics will host a live, interactive demonstration of Resolver and its integrations with Siemens Process Simulate and Visual Components at booth W4-61. This demonstration provides attendees with hands-on experience of the platform’s capabilities and its potential impact on manufacturing efficiency.
In a statement, Peter Howard, CEO of Realtime Robotics, emphasized the urgency for manufacturers to innovate rapidly to maintain competitiveness. “There is a great deal of pressure on manufacturers to find a way to do more with less,” he said. “They need to move faster, be more efficient, and more intelligent operationally in order to successfully compete on a global scale.”
Since its launch earlier this year, Resolver has transformed the factory design experience by automating the most labor-intensive aspects of robotic workcell design. The platform has been instrumental in speeding up production cycle times while lowering deployment costs. Its flexibility allows it to be utilized in various scenarios, from the initial design of robotic workcells to ongoing modifications of manufacturing lines.
Among the features announced during the event are enhancements that further facilitate the design process and improve overall efficiency. By leveraging Resolver, organizations can expect a reduction in operational costs while simultaneously boosting productivity.
The interactive demo at iREX 2025 offers an opportunity for industry professionals to explore how Resolver can adapt to their specific needs and help them stay at the forefront of technological advancements in manufacturing. Realtime Robotics is eager for the Japanese market to experience the transformative potential of Resolver, paving the way for faster innovation and enhanced operational capabilities.
