Kelley Blue Book (KBB) has recognized Acura as the **Best Value Brand** in the luxury category for its **2025 Consumer Choice Awards**. This distinction highlights Acura’s ability to combine luxury with affordability, appealing not only to budget-conscious buyers but also to those seeking a comfortable and stylish vehicle. KBB, a prominent authority in automotive research, based its findings on insights from over **12,000** car shoppers through its annual Brand Watch Study.
Acura’s lineup features six models, including the **Integra** and **TLX** sedans, as well as the **RDX** and **MDX** SUVs, alongside the new **ZDX** electric vehicle. The brand has gained acclaim for offering luxurious yet reasonably priced vehicles. Despite the upcoming discontinuation of the **TLX** due to declining sales, Acura plans to introduce the **RSX**, a sporty electric crossover, utilizing Honda’s electrified platform and the **GM Ultium** platform, which also supports the **2024 Acura ZDX**.
Porsche Dominates with Multiple Awards
While Acura stands out for its value, **Porsche** gained significant recognition by winning three categories in the luxury segment, including **Best Performance**, **Most Refined**, and **Best Overall Luxury Brand**. These accolades underscore Porsche’s commitment to delivering high-performance vehicles that meet consumer expectations in quality and refinement.
In the **Best Car Styling** category, **BMW** was recognized for the bold and athletic design of its latest models. Despite facing criticism for some less popular designs in recent years, BMW’s commitment to style remains evident. Meanwhile, **Lexus** secured the **Most Trusted Luxury Brand** title for the ninth consecutive year, a testament to its enduring reputation for reliability and quality.
In contrast, Acura’s sibling brand, **Honda**, excelled in the mainstream category by winning several awards, including **Best Performance**, **Best In-Vehicle Experience**, **Best Value**, **Most Trusted**, and **Best Overall Brand**. The lone exception was the **Best Car Styling** award, which went to **Dodge**. Both Honda and Acura often share platforms, providing a consistent and satisfactory driving experience across both brands.
Acura’s recognition as the best value luxury brand illustrates its position as more than just a premium version of Honda. Consumers perceive that they receive significant value for their investment, making Acura a compelling choice in an increasingly competitive market.
