A young minor tragically lost their life following a collision with a vehicle while riding an electric scooter in Chula Vista, California. The incident occurred on October 1, 2023, around 14:14 local time in the 2000 block of Tango Loop. Emergency services responded promptly after receiving a 911 call reporting the accident.
Upon arrival, Chula Vista Police officers and fire department personnel found the victim pinned beneath a black Audi. Witnesses at the scene assisted first responders in lifting the vehicle using a rolling hydraulic jack to free the trapped individual.
