She said that she tried to push him away,” the police reported. The chef further alleged that Diggs attempted to choke her using his elbow around her neck, causing her to struggle to breathe. David Meier, Diggs’ attorney, firmly denied the allegations, stating, “Stefon Diggs categorically denies these allegations. They are unsubstantiated, uncorroborated, and were never investigated — because they did not occur.” He suggested that the allegations stem from a financial dispute between an employer and employee. “The timing and motivation for making the allegations is crystal clear,” Meier added, asserting Diggs’ eagerness to resolve the matter in court.
