Donna Lowe, a respected member of the Bismarck community, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2025, at the age of 99. She had been residing at the Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center in Bismarck, previously living in Hoople, North Dakota.

Following the service, a luncheon will be provided for attendees, allowing friends and family to gather and share memories of Donna.
Donna will be laid to rest alongside her late husband, Leonard Lowe, in Hoople, ND, with burial arrangements to be finalized at a later date. Her contributions to the community and her warmth will be remembered fondly by those who knew her.
