
Jacqueline Marjorie Glass, a beloved philanthropist and dedicated family member, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025, at the age of 94. She spent her final moments surrounded by family and the compassionate care of Providence TrinityCare Hospice. Her contributions to the community and her devotion to family have left an enduring legacy.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Jacqueline, affectionately known as Jacky, was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her five children, five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Jacky’s life was marked by her commitment to service, particularly through her involvement with the TrinityCare Foundation, where she dedicated 30 years to championing hospice awareness and support alongside her late husband, Jerry Glass.
Legacy of Love and Service
Jacky created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and love, reflecting her passion for music, travel, and sports, particularly tennis. Her spirit as an “Earth Angel” resonated deeply within her community, where she was known for her philanthropic efforts and unwavering support for those in need.
The Glass family has announced a Celebration of Life to honor Jacqueline’s memory. This will take place at 13:00 on November 1 at Saint Peter’s by the Sea Presbyterian Church in Rancho Palos Verdes, with a reception to follow. Friends and community members are encouraged to join in celebrating her remarkable life.
