Cullman Regional Medical Group is set to expand its healthcare services by integrating nine local providers known for their longstanding commitment to the community. This transition is scheduled to take effect on December 1, 2025. Patients can rest assured that all previously scheduled appointments will remain intact, and there is no need to confirm these appointments.
The nine providers joining Cullman Regional Medical Group include: Nathaniel Burnham, DO, Christopher Coccia, DO, Joe Johnson, MD, Mike Machen, MD, Tom Montgomery, MD, Randall Quinn, MD, Jennifer Anderson, CRNP, Katherine Mann, CRNP, and Justin Wilson, CRNP.
Changes in Practice Locations
On the same date, Dr. Joe Johnson and Dr. Mike Machen will relocate their practices to the Cullman Regional Internal & Family Medicine Clinic. This clinic is situated on Cullman Regional’s campus at 1800 Alabama Hwy 157, Professional Office Building 3, Suite 100. Meanwhile, the remaining providers will continue to see patients at their current location at 408 Clark Street in downtown Cullman.
Patients with appointments scheduled with Dr. Johnson or Dr. Machen before December 1 will be seen at the Clark Street location. However, appointments on or after December 1 will take place at the new clinic.
To ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care, patients are encouraged to request their medical records from their existing clinic prior to December 1. This proactive step will enable their new providers to access necessary medical histories after the transition.
