The renowned rap label Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE) is set to host its 12th annual holiday charity event, “Top Dawg Ent. Christmas,” aimed at supporting families in need. Scheduled for December 18-19, 2023, in Watts, California, this event promises to bring joy and smiles to the community, continuing TDE’s tradition of giving back.

On the first day, attendees can expect an impressive lineup of performances featuring SZA and Doechii as the main acts. Other artists, including ScHoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Isaiah Rashad, SiR, Ray Vaughn, Ab-Soul, Zacari, and Kal Banx, are also confirmed to perform. The event details were shared on TDE’s Instagram page, captioned with “12 Years Strong!✨#TDEXMAS25 🎅🏿❄️.” While the lineup is already notable, TDE has hinted at additional “special guests” to be announced later.

The event opens its gates at 10 a.m. each day, with an entry fee comprising donation items such as toys and clothing. This model encourages attendees to contribute to the charity effort, making the event both entertaining and impactful.

The second day, December 19, will focus on giveback activities. TDE will distribute toys to children, host raffles, and provide youth sports activities. Additional attractions will include barbers offering haircuts, holiday photo opportunities, a “snow experience,” and on-site job availability for attendees. This community-oriented approach has proven successful in past years, with the previous event raising up to $750,000 in toys and clothing, attracting approximately 10,000 attendees.

The holiday event not only highlights TDE’s commitment to philanthropy but also showcases the success of its artists. SZA has had a particularly outstanding year, now nominated for five categories at the upcoming Grammy Awards thanks to her album SOS. With nine nominations in total, she has set a record for the most nods from a single album, surpassing Beyoncé‘s previous record with her album COWBOY CARTER.

As TDE prepares for this year’s charity event, the anticipation builds for both the performances and the positive impact it will have on the community. This annual tradition continues to solidify TDE’s reputation as a leading force in the music industry and a committed advocate for social responsibility.
