Plans for the release of new trailers for Christopher Nolan’s highly anticipated film, The Odyssey, have been clarified. The film’s nearly six-minute prologue will be attached to select copies of the IMAX 70mm re-release of Sinners and One Battle After Another on December 12. This follows earlier reports suggesting that the prologue would accompany Avatar: Fire and Ash.
Latest updates indicate that while a shortened version of the prologue may feature with Avatar: Fire and Ash, the official trailer will be a standard format lasting 1 minute 52 seconds. This trailer will be included with all copies of the upcoming film. It remains unclear whether the extended prologue will be limited to the Warner Bros. re-releases or if IMAX copies of Avatar: Fire and Ash will also include it.
Further excitement surrounds the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as rumors suggest a 50-second teaser for Avengers: Doomsday may also be included with copies of Avatar. This teaser has not yet been confirmed. Earlier this year, The Odyssey had its initial teaser attached to copies of Jurassic World: Rebirth.
Upcoming Trailers and Events
A surge of trailer releases is expected in the coming weeks. The CCXP event in Brazil next weekend is rumored to feature the debut of the teaser trailer for the much-anticipated Supergirl movie.
As the release dates approach, audiences are eager for more information on both The Odyssey and Avengers: Doomsday. With significant events on the horizon, the excitement surrounding these films is palpable.
