The new Netflix House at Galleria Dallas officially opens its doors to the public on December 11, 2023, offering fans an innovative way to engage with their favorite shows. Spanning over 100,000 square feet, this permanent exhibition features immersive experiences based on popular Netflix programming, including titles like Stranger Things, Squid Game, and Wednesday.

Dallas becomes only the second city in the United States to host a Netflix House, following Philadelphia. Before the grand opening, a VIP event on December 9 allowed media, influencers, and local celebrities, including David Harbour and Cara Buono from Stranger Things, to preview the venue.

Immersive Experiences Await Visitors

Netflix House invites fans to explore its two floors filled with engaging activities. The venue features two experiential rooms: Stranger Things: Escape the Dark and Squid Game: Survive the Trials. Admission to these rooms costs $39 per person, and each experience lasts about one hour. Participants in the Squid Game room can test their skills in five games, including the iconic Red Light, Green Light, while the Stranger Things room involves a search-and-rescue mission for missing characters.

Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a grand staircase adorned with artwork from various Netflix shows, setting the stage for a memorable experience.

Dining and Entertainment Options

The main area of Netflix House is dominated by Netflix Bites, a full bar and restaurant that serves dishes inspired by popular shows and movies. Menu highlights include the Red Bite and Green Bite chicken bites, Emily’s Italian Fling Salad inspired by Emily in Paris, and the K-Pop themed Huntr/x Power Up Ssam, a grilled pork dish.

In addition to dining, guests can enjoy Netflix RePLAY, which features arcade games reimagined with Netflix themes. Visitors can compete in interactive challenges like a tug-of-war game inspired by Squid Game, a Bridgerton-themed ball maze, and a version of the classic Floor Is Lava game.

For those looking to take a piece of Netflix home, the venue includes a gift shop stocked with T-shirts, mugs, keychains, posters, and replica props from various Netflix properties.

As Netflix explores potential expansions, including a possible acquisition of Warner Bros. Pictures, the venue may introduce characters and themes from even more iconic franchises, enhancing the overall visitor experience in the coming years.

With its unique offerings and immersive experiences, Netflix House aims to deepen the connection between fans and their favorite shows, making it a must-visit destination in Dallas.
