Global artist and BLACKPINK member Jennie has captivated fans with her latest photo exhibition, showcasing stunning images that highlight her multifaceted persona. Renowned photographer Hong Jang Hyun shared several striking photographs on March 18, 2024, as part of the “JENNIE PHOTO EXHIBITION.” The collection features various aspects of Jennie at 25, from serene bathtub shots to bold, topless poses and playful images with heart-shaped hair.
The exhibition is being held at Youthquake in Jongno-gu, Seoul, running from March 16 to March 29, 2024. It is generating significant attention, particularly with the limited release of 3,000 photo books worldwide. These books contain exclusive images of Jennie, many captured by acclaimed photographers Shin Sun Hye and Mok Jung Wook.
Jennie’s involvement in the project extends beyond mere participation; she played an active role in the entire process, from the planning stages to the creation of the photo book. This hands-on approach imbues the exhibition with her personal touch, making it especially meaningful as it coincides with her birthday.
The exhibition is designed to offer visitors a unique experience. Rather than following a conventional photo display format, it features various spatial setups that allow attendees to navigate through candid moments of Jennie’s life, free of any predetermined theme. This immersive experience culminates in a behind-the-scenes interview where Jennie discusses the exhibition and the photo book production.
Alongside the exhibition, a limited edition photo book featuring over 692 pages will be released. This book documents Jennie’s life during her 25th year, encompassing more than 50 unique concepts and including images not featured in the exhibition. Each purchaser is limited to one copy, and those who buy the first edition will receive a certificate and bookmark.
Additionally, the exhibition has launched a line of merchandise, including puzzles, scented candles, a 2026 calendar and planner, hoodies, and various lifestyle products. Buyers of the photo book will receive bookmarks randomly, further enhancing the collectible nature of this project.
As Jennie continues to evolve as an artist, her latest exhibition not only showcases her striking visuals but also provides an intimate glimpse into her world, resonating with fans and art enthusiasts alike.
