HappyFunCorp celebrates three senior leadership promotions, including Jonathan Zaleski as vice president of Technical Architecture, Ravi Asnani as managing director of Engineering and Milos Roganovic as managing director of Design.

Effective September 16, 2025, the company has appointed Jonathan Zaleski as vice president of Technical Architecture, while Ravi Asnani and Milos Roganovic have been promoted to managing director roles.

According to Holly Zappa, CEO of HappyFunCorp, these promotions are not merely recognitions of individual achievements; they represent a strategic investment aimed at enhancing the company’s future growth. Zappa emphasized the importance of these leaders in strengthening the core capabilities of the company, particularly in designing and delivering sophisticated product development solutions.

Jonathan Zaleski joins the leadership team with over 20 years of extensive experience in both startups and large corporations. His background includes a blend of technical expertise and product strategy, enabling him to develop high-performing, scalable systems. As vice president of Technical Architecture, Zaleski will oversee technical innovation, strategic AI offerings, and new business development initiatives. He has a proven track record in addressing complex challenges, including cloud infrastructure migrations and AI-driven automation.

Ravi Asnani, now managing director of Engineering, brings a wealth of experience that spans over 15 years. His work encompasses various sectors, from e-commerce to organ transplant logistics, demonstrating his versatility in software engineering. In his new role, Asnani will focus on enhancing technical excellence through mentorship and optimizing best practices, while also fostering strong client partnerships.

Milos Roganovic, who takes on the role of managing director of Design, has a similar depth of experience in product design and strategy. With over 15 years in the field, Roganovic is adept at transforming complex challenges into clear, functional design systems. His focus will now include leading HappyFunCorp’s AI product design initiatives and ensuring consistency and accessibility across numerous platforms.

Zappa noted that the expanded leadership team—comprising Zaleski, Asnani, Roganovic, and Karl Hadley, who leads multidisciplinary teams—positions the company to drive forward its growth and innovation goals.
