CBRE has appointed Josh Caruana as the new Market Leader for its Los Angeles North region. In this role, Caruana will oversee operations in the Glendale, Woodland Hills, and Oxnard offices, marking a significant step in enhancing the firm’s presence in these key markets.
Caruana is tasked with the strategic direction and leadership of various business lines within the region. This includes leasing, sales, valuations, debt and structured finance, along with property management across all property types. His appointment aims to expand CBRE’s footprint in the San Fernando Valley, Tri-Cities, and Ventura County, building on the company’s already strong foundation in these areas.
Proven Leadership and Growth Vision
Before joining CBRE, Caruana had a successful tenure at Marcus & Millichap. There, he demonstrated his capabilities in brokerage and sales management throughout Southern California. His leadership skills were further recognized when he took on the role of regional manager for the Indianapolis office, where he played a crucial role in the firm’s expansion efforts in the Midwest. Eventually, he advanced to oversee the Central-Midwest region, managing five markets and driving significant growth.
