WESCO International, Inc. has announced the upcoming retirement of Dave Schulz, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 2026. Following his departure, Indraneel “Neel” Dev will assume the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Dev is set to join the company in February 2026 to facilitate a seamless transition.

Dave Schulz has served as WESCO’s CFO for ten years, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success. His experience and leadership have been instrumental during a period of substantial transformation for WESCO.

Indraneel Dev brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Congruex LLC, a firm specializing in communications network infrastructure. Before this, he held the CFO position at Lumen Technologies and has extensive financial leadership experience with companies such as Level 3 Communications, MCI, and MFS Communications.

Mr. Dev holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the University of Arizona. Additionally, he is a CFA charterholder, underscoring his expertise in financial management.

Leadership Comments on Transition

John J. Engel, Chairman, President, and CEO of WESCO, expressed his confidence in Dev’s capabilities, stating, “Neel is a seasoned CFO with extensive financial, commercial, and operational experience in multiple end markets served by WESCO. He has demonstrated an ability to navigate complex financial environments and deliver superior growth and value creation.”
