A new gourmet toast restaurant, Toastique, has officially opened its doors in Porter Ranch as of December 13. This latest addition marks an expansion of the franchise founded by former Division 1 collegiate cheerleader Brianna Keefe. The menu features an array of gourmet toasts, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, acai bowls, and craft coffee. Signature items include the popular Avocado Smash, which is topped with watermelon radish and marinated tomatoes, and the Smoked Salmon Toast. Another standout dish is the PB Crunch Toast, made with honey-roasted peanut butter, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, berry jam, granola, peanuts, a honey drizzle, and mint, all served on walnut raisin toast.
