A new gourmet toast restaurant, Toastique, has officially opened its doors in Porter Ranch as of December 13. This latest addition marks an expansion of the franchise founded by former Division 1 collegiate cheerleader Brianna Keefe. Located at 20101 Rinaldi Street, Toastique aims to offer a menu filled with health-conscious options that cater to a growing demand for quick yet nutritious meals.
The menu features an array of gourmet toasts, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, acai bowls, and craft coffee. Signature items include the popular Avocado Smash, which is topped with watermelon radish and marinated tomatoes, and the Smoked Salmon Toast. Another standout dish is the PB Crunch Toast, made with honey-roasted peanut butter, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, berry jam, granola, peanuts, a honey drizzle, and mint, all served on walnut raisin toast.
Health-Focused Offerings and Popular Bowls
In addition to its toast selections, Toastique also offers a variety of bowls. The Mango Tango bowl combines mango, pineapple, lime, agave, and coconut water, finished with a drizzle of honey. Another popular choice is the Dragonberry Bowl, which blends pitaya (dragon fruit), mango, agave, strawberry, and coconut water, providing a refreshing option for health-conscious customers.
The new Porter Ranch location is part of a larger growth strategy for Toastique, which now boasts more than 50 locations across the United States. Other nearby restaurants are located in Chino Hills, South Park, and Balboa Island, reflecting the brand’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the quick-service health food market.
