In addition to the enrollment fairs, Access Health CT has enhanced its Navigator program, establishing six locations across the state and introducing a new Mobile Enrollment Team. This team supports community events and facilitates in-person enrollment assistance in both English and Spanish.
For those who prefer telephone assistance, customers can reach the call center at 1-855-805-4325 on weekdays from 08:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 15:00. The service is available in over 100 languages, with TTY services available for the deaf or hearing impaired.
The call center will have extended hours on crucial dates, remaining open until midnight on December 15, 2025, and January 15, 2026. However, it will be closed on November 27, December 25, and January 1, 2026.
