RentSpree, a leading rental management platform, has announced the integration of its flagship tool, RentEdge, with PrimeMLS, which serves over 11,000 real estate professionals across New England. This marks the fourth multiple listing service (MLS) to adopt RentEdge, following successful launches with FMLS and State-Wide MLS in Rhode Island, as well as a recent agreement with the Staten Island Board of REALTORS® (SIBOR).

The RentEdge platform is designed to enhance the rental process by incorporating essential functionalities such as listing distribution, lead generation, tenant screening, and educational resources directly into MLS workflows. This modular architecture allows boards to tailor the platform to better serve their members’ needs.

The announcement comes at a time when the rental market is experiencing significant growth in various metropolitan areas. For instance, in Concord, NH, the average rent has climbed to approximately $1,850 per month, while median rents have surged to around $2,200 per month, reflecting a 38 percent increase from the previous year. Low vacancy rates continue to keep the market tight, resulting in heightened demand.

“Our goal with RentEdge is to give rentals the same level of professionalism and efficiency that agents expect for sales listings,” stated Michael Lucarelli, CEO and Co-Founder of RentSpree. “By collaborating with PrimeMLS to integrate these tools into the MLS dashboard, we are enabling agents to seize rental market opportunities and strengthen long-term client relationships.”

With this integration, PrimeMLS customers can expect several key benefits, including the ability to create and syndicate rental listings directly from their MLS interface, access to tenant screening and application tools, and a more unified workflow that accommodates multiple housing channels. This streamlined approach is designed to enhance agent efficiency and foster trust with clients.

Chad Jacobson, CEO of PrimeMLS, emphasized the importance of this collaboration: “PrimeMLS has partnered with RentSpree for years, and this deeper integration signifies a major commitment to the rental marketplace. By embedding additional rental tools directly into our dashboard, we are empowering our customers with seamless workflows that reflect today’s rental-driven market.”

Founded in Seattle, RentSpree offers award-winning rental software that connects real estate agents, landlords, and renters across all 50 states.
