Guam is set to host a vibrant weekend of community events with the 2025 Triple J Bubble Color Run on Saturday and the 4th Annual Veterans 5K run and walk on Sunday. These events aim to celebrate local culture while promoting health and community support.

Triple J Bubble Color Run Kicks Off Saturday

The 2025 Triple J Bubble Color Run offers a lively atmosphere filled with color and bubbles, attracting participants of all ages. Scheduled for March 15, 2025, the event begins with check-in at 5:15 a.m., followed by the race starting at 6:00 a.m. at the Triple J Showroom in Upper Tumon.

Participants can choose between a 5K or 10K distance. Registration fees are set at $15 for the 5K (increasing to $20 on race day) and $20 for the 10K (rising to $25 on race day). A special group rate of $50 is available for a team of four. Proceeds from this colorful event will support local initiatives, including Guam Cancer Care, Bake Their Day, and Safe Haven Pregnancy Center, contributing to vital community services.

Veterans 5K Run and Walk on Sunday

On the following day, the 4th Annual Veterans 5K run and walk, organized by HMI, aims to empower veterans by facilitating access to their earned benefits and fostering community support. This event will take place at the CHamoru Village in Hagatna, with check-in starting at 4:00 p.m. and the race beginning at 5:00 p.m..

To incentivize participation, the first 200 finishers will receive complimentary shirts. Interested individuals can register online at my.raceresult.com/367595 or by scanning the provided QR code.

Additionally, HMI plans to host its 3rd Annual Veterans Gala on November 15, 2025, from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m. at the Grand Ballroom of Dusit Thani Guam Resort. The event encourages attendees to dress in island formal attire, with cocktails served starting at 5:00 p.m.. Local businesses are invited to sponsor their veteran employees or become formal event sponsors, with sponsorship levels ranging from $250 to $1,000.
