rancho-la-gloria-commits-20-000-to-empower-latino-leaders

Rancho La Gloria has announced a significant donation of $20,000 to the Hispanic Heritage Foundation’s Leaders on Fast Track (LOFT) program. This partnership aims to support and empower Latino leaders in various fields. The announcement coincides with National Hispanic Heritage Month, marking the beginning of the company’s collaboration with the foundation, a recognized nonprofit dedicated to education and cultural advancement since 1988.

Joey Perris, Chief Marketing Officer of Rancho La Gloria, expressed pride in the new partnership, emphasizing the alignment of their commitment to heritage with the foundation’s mission. “Supporting the Leaders on Fast Track initiative allows us to highlight and empower the Latino leaders of today,” Perris stated.

The LOFT program connects over 300,000 students and young professionals across ten tracks, including business, education, sustainability, technology, and public service. Through mentorship, resources, workshops, and internships, the program aims to foster leadership within the Latino community.

“Our goal is to shine a light on the community’s history while supporting its future,” Perris explained. “The HHF’s LOFT initiative is dedicated to empowering Latino leaders through comprehensive leadership development and mentoring.”

Rancho La Gloria’s Commitment to Community

Founded in memory of the Rancho La Gloria Hotel, the company is known for creating the original Margarita and pioneering agave wine-based ready-to-drink cocktails. The brand continues to innovate with products such as canned cocktails. Perris noted that the donation reflects Rancho La Gloria’s commitment to community impact, which he described as central to the identity of Patco Brands. “At Patco Brands, we are a family business, and giving back is part of our mission and DNA,” he said.

The partnership with the Hispanic Heritage Foundation emerged after the company learned about its extensive programs supporting the Hispanic community, particularly in developing entrepreneurs and future leaders. “When we met HHF and learned about their vast variety of programs, we knew it was a fit for our company and a mission we believed in,” Perris added.

A Creative Environment Driving Innovation

Rancho La Gloria operates out of its headquarters in Sausalito, California, which is recognized for its open and creative atmosphere. Perris highlighted this environment as essential for fostering innovation and community initiatives. “It’s not a place full of egos or a stuffy corporate feeling; it’s a creative area for collaboration,” he said.

This partnership reflects Rancho La Gloria’s broader commitment to championing Hispanic heritage and investing in the future of the community that has played a crucial role in shaping the brand’s identity. As the company moves forward, it aims to continue making a positive impact within the Latino community and beyond.
