– **Past Purchases Recommendations**: The platform suggests complementary products based on customers’ purchase history and collective buying behavior.

– **Suggest + Create Automations**: Launching in the fourth quarter of 2025, this feature identifies gaps in a brand’s automation strategy and generates new workflows tailored to customer behavior.
– **Suggest + Create Forms**: Currently in beta, this AI-driven form creation tool helps merchants grow their subscriber lists by generating forms based on key events and preferred tones of voice.
Advanced SMS Features
