Renee Nichols, formerly known as Renee Wojcik, passed away on September 5, 2025, at the age of 55. A cherished mother, daughter, and sister, she leaves behind a legacy of compassion and adventure that touched the lives of many. Born on September 2, 1970, in Hudson, New Hampshire, Renee was the daughter of Elaine M. Wojcik and Richard Wojcik, and sister to Michelle A. Wojcik.

Renee graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, and earned degrees from St. Michael’s College in Vermont and an MBA from George State University. Her vibrant spirit shone through in her early years, where she was known as a “dancing queen” and a talented deejay. In 1995, she played a key role in launching two popular nightclubs in Washington, D.C.

In 1996, Renee relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where she met her husband, Bradford Nichols. The couple married in 2004, welcoming their first son, Hudson, in 2005. In June 2007, they moved back to New Hampshire to be closer to family and for Bradford to work at New England Financial Planning Group, founded by Richard Wojcik in 1980. Shortly after their return, Renee gave birth to their second son, Miller, in September 2007.

The boys became the center of Renee’s world. She was deeply involved in their lives, supporting them in their education and athletics at Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua. As a testament to her influence, the Bishop Guertin football team will honor her memory by wearing her initials on their helmets for the remainder of the 2025 season.

Renee faced cancer twice during her life but remained a source of positivity and strength. She had an innate ability to connect with others, demonstrating compassion and a zest for life. Throughout her childhood, she shared joyful moments with her family, spending many days at beaches in Cape Cod and Wells, Maine.

Her artistic talents were evident when she framed artwork for Galeria Cubana, established by her sister, Michelle. Renee later pursued her passion for yoga, becoming an instructor at The Windsoul Wellness Center in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, where she shared her love for fitness and wellness with others.

Renee’s culinary skills brought her community together in Nashua, where she enjoyed hosting meals for friends and neighbors. An avid pickleball player, she made numerous friends through her active lifestyle, always eager to participate in games, yoga sessions, or gym activities. Known for her keen sense of style, she embraced life to the fullest.

Travel was an important aspect of Renee’s life, and she created lasting memories with her family and friends in destinations such as Italy, Switzerland, France, England, and Portugal.

Alongside her immediate family, Renee is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifelong friends who will miss her deeply. A Celebration of Life is planned for a later date, yet to be determined. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions in her name to Boston Children’s Hospital, Wells Mountain Initiative, or the Hudson Community Food Pantry in New Hampshire.

Renee Nichols will be remembered not only for her accomplishments but for the indelible mark she left on the hearts of those who knew her. Her spirit of adventure, compassion, and love for family will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to be a part of her life.
