Nicholas A. Krallis, a beloved member of the Reading community, passed away on September 7, 2025, at Reading Hospital after a courageous three-year battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). He was 64 years old. Born in Reading, he was the son of Maria Vougamalis and the late Anthony G. Krallis.

Krallis graduated from Reading High School in 1979 and went on to earn a degree in Economics from Millersville University in 1983. For four decades, he was a dedicated employee at White Star Tours, where he cherished the relationships he built with customers and colleagues alike.

Legacy of Love and Community Support

A passionate sports fan, Krallis supported the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles, while his love for his church and family was paramount. He was known for his magnetic personality and had a talent for making friends wherever he traveled. Throughout his illness, the travel community that he had fostered continued to provide unwavering support.

In a testament to his selflessness, Krallis served as an organ donor, positively impacting the lives of at least three individuals in need. He is survived by his brother, George A. Krallis, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins who will carry on his legacy of kindness.
