The property’s unique features include a wellness and fitness area, several swimming pools, and bespoke craftsmanship evident in the hand-painted ceramics and Sardinian granite. The villa’s central courtyard leads to lavish guest suites and staff accommodations, showcasing an ambiance of luxury.
In past years, there have been rumors about potential buyers for Villa Certosa. Notably, the Sultan of Brunei expressed interest two years ago, and the Saudi Royal family was rumored to have considered purchasing it about a decade ago. Berlusconi passed away in 2023 at the age of 86, and the villa now also serves as the resting place for his ashes.
