Frances T. Rennick, aged 88, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025, at the Schuylkill Center in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. Born in St. Clair on September 15, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Mary (Ditcavage) Flanagan. Her life was characterized by dedication to family, work, and community.

A proud graduate of St. Clair High School, Frances contributed significantly to her community as a seamstress at the St. Clair Garment Factory. She was an active member of the International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union (ILGWU) and later retired from Jetson Mail Services in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. Her commitment to her work and community was evident throughout her career.

Frances was a devoted member of St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church in St. Clair. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Teno Rennick, in 2020, and her two sisters, Margaret Gregory and Maryann Hosler.

Frances is survived by her three children: Linda Breisch and her husband Nelson from Hershey; Michael Rennick and his wife Susan of St. Clair; and Lisa Kurilla and her husband James of Port Carbon. She is also remembered fondly by her four grandchildren: Jimmy Kurilla and his wife Kaitlyn; Brittany Schenck and her husband Jordan; Matthew Breisch; and Kevin Breisch. In addition, she leaves behind two great-grandchildren, Kamryn Schenck and Oliver Kurilla, as well as her brother, John Flanagan of Port Carbon, along with several nieces and nephews.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 29, 2025, at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, located at 250 E. Hancock St., St. Clair, PA 17970. Msgr. William Glosser will officiate the service. Friends and family are invited to call from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the Mass.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Compassus Hospice, located at 500 Hawk Ridge Dr., Suite 4, Hamburg, PA 19526. Burial will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, Pennsylvania. The arrangements are being handled by the Bruce T. Hart Funeral Home in St. Clair.

Frances T. Rennick will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family and her contributions to her community. Her legacy of kindness and service will continue to inspire those who knew her.
