pan-coffee-expands-with-new-caf-in-boerne-this-summer

Pan & Coffee, a popular café and coffee business, is set to expand its presence in the San Antonio area with the construction of a new location in Boerne, Texas. Construction is scheduled to commence in the next two to four weeks, with the café aiming to open its doors by mid-2026. The new site will be located at 27495 Interstate-10 West, surrounded by notable establishments such as Lamborghini San Antonio, Mission City Church, and Vista Dermatology.

Co-owner Eric Lawitz highlighted the café’s unique concept, stating, “This is an international bakery, coffeehouse, and restaurant. We pride ourselves on being international, combining the best of Mexico and the USA into one restaurant.” This blend of culinary influences has become a hallmark of Pan & Coffee, which first opened its flagship location in 2021 on Stone Oak Parkway.

The upcoming Boerne café promises to offer a range of appealing features. Plans include a technology-assisted drive-thru, a contemporary dining environment, and an array of freshly baked goods. “Everything is baked in-house,” Lawitz shared, noting that the bakery is known for its high-quality offerings. Customers can expect to find favorites such as brioche bread, croissants, and traditional Mexican conchas, alongside a menu featuring spinach quiche, breakfast plates, and lunch sandwiches.

In addition to its diverse menu, the café aims to enhance the customer experience through modern conveniences and high-quality service. As the construction progresses, local residents and visitors can look forward to updates via social media platforms, including What Now San Antonio, which will provide timely information about the new location’s opening and offerings.

Pan & Coffee’s expansion reflects a growing trend in the café industry, which increasingly focuses on quality, innovation, and a unique dining experience. As it prepares to welcome guests in Boerne, the business is poised to become a significant addition to the local food scene, continuing its mission of bringing together the best of both Mexican and American culinary traditions.
